The ELSA Contract Competition (ECC) is a simulated negotiation. With the help of coaches, both parties prepare a professional draft of a contract. One of these drafts will be the basis for the negotiation - to be defended or attacked in the oral proceedings. Similar to a Moot Court participants gain a lot of legal knowledge and improve their Soft Skills.
